Shipping Information

1. Orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days after placing the order (excluding order day), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. During promotional events, shipping may take 7-14 business days, excluding actual delivery time.

2. Shipments are processed from Monday to Friday on business days only.

3. Shipping may be delayed if recipient information is incomplete or incorrect, recipient is unavailable to receive the package, or due to natural disasters, system maintenance, stock transfers, inventory checks, or pre-orders. We appreciate your understanding.

4. If a package is returned due to incorrect recipient information, inability to receive, or no one available to sign for the package, additional shipping fees for reshipment will be borne by the customer.
